Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tokeneq.app (the "Site"), including all content, features, tools, scores, analysis, and methodologies provided therein (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FutureXRP ("we", "us", "our").

By visiting or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and us.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

TokenEQ provides independent, free-to-access crypto token research and analysis based on the FLOWnomics v2.1 methodology. This includes a token screener, deep-dive analysis pages, scenario modelling outputs, and a published methodology.

The Service is currently in Phase 1 Alpha. Features, scores, and data coverage may change without notice. The Service is provided free of charge at this time.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research and informational purposes only.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site by automated means without prior written permission
• Reproduce, republish, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content, scores, or analysis from the Site
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithms or underlying methodology beyond what is published
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Represent TokenEQ scores or FLOWnomics outputs as your own work or as independent research without attribution

Market data displayed on the Site (prices, market caps, volumes) is sourced from CoinGecko's public API and is subject to CoinGecko's own terms and licensing. We make no claim of ownership over this data.

Protocol-level facts (finality times, consensus mechanisms, supply schedules) are publicly available information and are not claimed as proprietary.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, scores, verdicts, scenario outputs, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. See our full Disclaimers page for complete risk disclosures.

You agree not to make any financial or investment decision based solely on the content of this Site, and to consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, investment losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or economic loss.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any scores, data, or analysis are accurate, complete, or current
• The Site is free from viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., CoinGecko, Token Terminal, Messari). These are provided for reference only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
